How Do Braces Work To Straighten Teeth?

Braces work by applying mild, constant pressure to shift your teeth into their proper positions over time.

Braces consist of a few different components that work together to guide your teeth to their correct position: Brackets are small, square-shaped attachments that are bonded to the front surface of each tooth.
